RUNNING DRILLS

This morning did running drill at Yishun Stadium.
1st sprint 50m with timing of 16sec.
2nd sprint 50m with timing of 12sec.
2000m with timing of 9.52mins.
I still need to improved on the above timing. There are still 12% fats in my body and need to do more strength training. Will do it better in 4 weeks time.
