Another wet morning around Yishun.
Have to cancel my morning training.
At 7.00pm will be at running lab Tampines 1 for weekly night run. We ran approx 10km from Tampines 1 via Tampines Park and turn to Pasir Ris Park where we make a u turn near to Downtown East and ran back to Tampines Park and finally to Tampines 1. All of us did well. The weather is so cool and windy.
After the run we had dinner at Tampines before heading back to watch World Cup match. Who will make it to finally? Any guess?
