I hope enough funding to go USA next moth for the Boston Marathon 2013.

MEN'S HEALTH SINGAPORE URBANATHLON 2013.

I just conquered Men’s Health Singapore Urbanathlon 2013 with 14km Route, running up and down, up and down the hill, 9 Obstacles such as Scale up and down a 2.6m high container, Ascend and descend eight long flights of steps, Hoist over 5 sets of 1.3m horizontal beams, Climb up and down a 3.2m high 3-ton truck using a rope web, Carry a 20kg sandbag and run 100m, Swing your way upslope on a set of monkey bars, Navigate your way through a course without touching the ground, Power through two sets of parallel bar and Conquer an ice-cold mud pool near the end point. Facing lot of challenges all the way and finally had a good 15 mins message. Thanks to my partner bro Nabil M. Murciélago.

Before end of the day I had picture taken with a beautiful girl and she said to me, Mr Blade Runner you look awesome and see you next year!

Thanks to Men's Health Singapore for inviting me, thanks to the organizer and volunteers, what a great event and see you guys next year! Congrats to all the Champs!

Guess what? 49 days to go for the 117th The Boston Marathon 2013. I wish everything will go as plan.

AIMING FOR PODIUM IN 2013.

This year is special where I will be running any 10km category each month for podium. Each competitive race prize's are 1st $1000, 2nd $500 and 3rd $100. I have to work very hard to achieve it and to all my competitors in Mobility Impaired (MI) do your best and e the champion!

U RUN 2013.

This morning I completed non competitive U Run 2013, 15km category with OBM Challenged. Thanks to all the friends for the beautiful photos. Congrats all for doing well in the run.
