I AM BACK!

Shukur Alhamdulilah! I am feeling much better now due to the fall on last Wednesday night during the run. The impact is very hard because my head landed on the ground first and very scary. My vision is blurring, giddy and vomited along the way back home and yesterday morning thanks to my partners Ms Karen Hee and Bro Happy for sending me to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. The swelling on the back of my head is healing and the heart rate is back to normal. Still there is slightly pain on the back of the head and neck but doctor says I am fit and strong. The result shown all positive and slightly blur vision. Thanks to the doctor and nurses for the assistance given.

Once again thank you to all who been sending me well wishes and I'm hoping to see you guys this weekend for the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2012.

Today is 10 November and its my birthday! I am 44 years old. I wish my younger daughter will get well fast and back to school soon. My other wishes is to go Boston in 2013 and climb various mountains before heading to Everest in the year 2015.

ACEH INTERNATIONAL TSUNAMI GAMES 2012.

As a Professional Athlete and a Positive Ambassador I will be going to Indonesia in Bandar Aceh from Friday 7 to Monday 10 December 2012 to run half marathon for the Aceh International Tsunami Games 2012.

It's not just run but to help raise fund and educate the people. I will use my talent as a Positive Ambassador to share positive knowledge, do more inspiration talks and learn the culture and experience there.
