Already 4 days past where I'm resting to recover myself from sickness and I miss running so much. Oh God please give me the strength and courage to come back for training this Monday because I have National Para Games on 17 August 2013 and I wish to to be the best to qualified for the Asian Games because it's my dream to represent Singapore.

SBR CELEBRATING 5 YEARS OF RUNNING,
All started on Friday 24 April 2009 where I run 2.4km for the Wheel Barrow Race in Temasek Polytechnic. The year 2009 is historical where I participate and finished 157km in races after went for an amputation on 23 December 2008. Within 3 months of recovery I started to wear back the prosthetic leg and run.
This year is special because I'm celebrating 5 years Anniversary as a runner. 5 years with The North Face, Safra Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon, Singapore Passion Run, Penang Bridge International Marathon and Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore.
Thank you to all my partners, families, relatives, runners and friends all around the world for supporting me since 2009. Thank you OSCAR PISTIORIUS! YOU INSPIRED ME!

TRAINING DURING RAMADHAN.
Some friends are asking me where the energy comes from especially I sleep only 5 hours each day and doing 6 days training regimen during fasting month.
All depend on each individual people, for me I only have 7 dates and a cup of HL Milk during sahur will make my day. Never skip training and take it slow to finish strong. Take more vegetables, fruits and remember to hydrate yourself after breaking the fast in the evening. Porridge sound cool! Fasting teaches us not to eat too much during iftar. It's OK for you to break the rule once a while but not always. Have fun dan Selamat Menunaikan Ibadah Puasa.
