How to stay young, fit and strong? Do some kind of sports such as brisk walking, running, soccer and many more avoid unhealthy food and stay away from the no.1 killer “STRESS” drink plenty and plenty of water and sleep well. Remember to thanks God. This is part of my secret after amputation in December 2008. Now I have achieve lots and balance the training such as running and climbing and what else I am looking for is to earn lots of money and remember to give back some to society.
