I can! and So Can You!
This morning I wake up at 3am and did few sets of strength training at the void deck.
SAHUR
I had 3 dates with oat meal and cup of black coffee. Will keep on hydrating before the breakfast start at 0534am.
This afternoon at 2pm, I will be helping Bishan MAEC members to distribution porridge at Bishan CC Multi Purpose Hall. I will also be giving some tips on how to stay fit and strong. Do drop by there. I will update later tonight.

I had 3 dates with a plate of spaghetti. Mia mamia! home made, taste nice! Hey! keep hydrating! is a must.
