TRAINING DURING RAMADHAN.

Some friends are asking me where the energy comes from especially I sleep only 5 hours each day and doing 6 days training regimen during fasting month.

All depend on each individual people, for me I only have 7 dates and a cup of HL Milk during sahur will make my day. Never skip training and take it slow to finish strong. Take more vegetables, fruits and remember to hydrate yourself after breaking the fast in the evening. Porridge sound cool! Fasting teaches us not to eat too much during iftar. It's OK for you to break the rule once a while but not always. Have fun dan Selamat Menunaikan Ibadah Puasa.
