After few injuries and recovering.
I am back for training this coming Monday.
These are my new training regiment.
Monday and Friday morning runs
at East Coast park beach for 10km.
Monday and Friday evening trains kettleBell at woodland.
Wednesday morning runs
at Macritchie Reservoir to Bt Timah summit and
back to Macritchie Reservoir for for 25km.
Sunday morning brisk walk
at Yishun Park.
Tuesday Thursday Saturday
REST DAY.
Working at Running Lab Novena.
