FRIDAY TRAINING.

Gooood morning everyone? How are you doing today?

It's Friday and one of the best day in the week.

Did 2.5km run in the morning around Yishun Central and just reach home.

Finally i manage to book flight and hotel for the upcoming Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon. I will be depart from Singapore on 23 June and will be back to Singapore on 27 June. Most hotel there are fully book and expensive but i manage to get one.

Later i will be going for my Friday prayer at Masjid Al-Falah in Orchard.

Last nite i register few running events such as Army Half Marathon, Penang Bridge International Marathon and Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon. This time my whole family will be running for SCSM also i am thinking of Mongolian Marathon.

Just register an individual Challenge for Urban Attack @Velocity for tomorrow race. It's gonna be tough and Xtreme. Gonna be the first amputee in Asia to conquer Singapore's first mall obstacle.
