No training and good morning everyone!
Wake up at 7.30am and getting ready for myself to do lots of paper work.
Just register on line "HP TRI Factor 2010" and i will be running 21km for Timex Tri Run on 11 July 2010 at Punggol.
It's already 9.30am once again getting ready to NTUC centre at Raffles Place with my 2nd daughter Nur' Annisaa to collecting her "Bursary Award"
At 3.15pm rush to wedding invitation at Yishun and later will be meeting the rest of my family members to GV Yishun.
Reach home at 9.30pm and very tired, time for me to go bed.
