A very good morning to the world! I wish everyone is in good health always and do keep progress. Remember if you don’t believe in yourself you don’t believe in God and that why you won’t success in life! Papers and certificate is no point to show off but the SKILLS is most importance.
This morning at 6.45am, I will be running long slow distance (LSD) up to 21km from Yishun Central to Marina Square with runner Endon and later will be meeting with Ben Ryan, Product Director and the rest from Outdoor Asia and Mr Walter and the rest from Outdoor Venture. I Will be updating later in the afternoon.
Did long slow distance (LSD) test run approx 21km.
REMARKS:
Experience some kind of pain around the stump area, during the LSD test run, found out that I should not rub any lotion such as Gamat and Olive oil to the effect area as it will be too slippery in the socket and from that it could contact with abrassion. Decided just to wear the Distal cup and liner sock only.
NOTES:
Will inform Mr Trevor regarding of the pain and see what he can do.
Later at 3.30pm, I will be heading to Canberra Secondary School to meet up with my 2nd daughter teacher on her progressive report for the half year. After hearing the good result I know she can do well for the "N' level. The only thing is she have to believe in her self to achieve. No one will help her during the exam but she have to focus and make it happen. Good job Nur' Annisaa, daddy is proud of your achievement.
At 5pm I need to rush home as later I be heading to Shangri La Hotel and was invited by The Minister for the Environment and Water Resources and Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs for the Hari Raya Get-Together. Thank you MCYS for the invitation really appreciate it.
