It’s Monday and a very good morning to everyone. Keep away last week failure and start a new fresh beginning. As the weather is dark and might be raining, I decided to run LSD from Yishun to Sembawang Beach and back to Yishun with heavy bag pack and hydration bag approx 15km route. The run will start at 10am sharp. I had 2 ouch of "MAQUI" juice and apply "JUMPSTART" at the leg muscle area before starting the engine to run.
With effect from today I will be spending more times at home doing home work base (my new office at home) unless going for training, invitation on talks and appointment. Need to settle all outstanding work before flying off to Penang for marathon. Later at 3pm onwards I will be meeting with my upline Azril to discuss some business matter and hope to meet up with Jonathan too if he is available. Wah! My next pay check on USD is on the way. I need to settle all my bills especially the hospital one for the prosthetic leg and buy school books for the children’s. January onwards I must be free from financial problem and starts afresh in life.
Later at 7.15pm after Magrid prayer at Sultan mosque, I will be attending a gathering dinner with my team members for Everest at Zam Zam Restaurant in North Beach Road. Time to get know them well.
REPORT: The first 2km I was feeling not comfortable as it's been a long time I run without a carrying a heavy bag pack anyway I start of with walk and followed by slow run pace. Add extra "JUMPSTART" cream at the calf area and keep going all the way. At 10km route I have I sac of "GU" and a slip of water in my tongue. I am very happy with my performance and did well in the run. Hope next week weather will be fine and will start running at ECP.
