I just got the 20 eleven diary book. Time to record all upcoming future run and performance training analysis. Goals and Objectives of every races. 20 eleven is also a year with more challenging and success. It's not the matter of "I can do it" action must be done.

Later at 2pm I will be running LSD from Yishun to Novena Square with heavy bag pack. Will stop there to collect the race pack for Salomon race. Have a short break and will continue my run to One Fullerton where I will be meeting with Kelvin for a short interview on The Living Project.
