Having some discussion with friends in FB and email regarding next year running plan especially Sundown Ultra Marathon that will be held on 25 June 2011. 100km sound crazy but why not. If we have proper training and enough rest I think we can make it. I have learn lots of mistake for this year Ultra where I was injured at 68km point due to adjusting the prosthetic leg and hurt my spine. I know my weak point and need to learn from it. I have the endurance but need to build up a bit more of strength training. What a year with lot of challenging in 2011 that what my kakis of friends says hahaha! also I can't wait to sell my first book and more advance booking on the inspiration talks with video presentation that will be held in Asia such as Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia and considering in India before heading to Western.
Ok guys, even it is public holiday but I did my training too. I need to rest now. SBR sign off...
