This morning I did Long Slow Distance (LSD) OPS "PEACE TO THE WORLD" run, starting from Yishun to Esplanade. I pass by Yishun to Lentor Ave to YCK, AMK, Toa Payoh via Thomson Road. I had a short break at Macritchie Reservoir. Meet up with Endon and some of the runners there. At 10.30am I continue the run to Caldecott Hill via Novena, Newton, Orchard Road, City Hall and finally at Esplanade Merlion. Total distance is approx 21km.
What a great run. May our prayers been answered to be peace, happiness and stay away from any disaster.
Now time for me to have a good rest and recovery.
