Today is the last month of April 2010. I had finished all my training well even at times i felt weak and tired due to load of works and training.
I am happy as my blade socket and sock fit the right size and i lost few kg's of my weight.
A brand new day and training will be starting tomorrow and Sundown is just round the corner.
With positive mind set and strong feeling, i am ready for action.

RESTING AND RECOVERY.
Today is my resting day.
Morning time do some housework chores then cook special dish for my family, Maybe chicken curry? that's what my younger daughter Nur Athirah like hehehe!
At noon go to Yishun library to check out more details about the Everest stuff.
Later at 1.30pm meet Adam the 1armrunner at Yishun bus interchange then proceed of to Mediacrop Radio Station for live interview with Warna 94.2FM.
Evening at 6pm need to fetch Nur Athirah back from school.
After evening prayer back to Yishun library, need to write up about running reports and schedule plan for the month of May. Coach is waiting to see the progressive report OMG! hope she like it hehehe! Anyway i had a best coach who really work hard for a living and been helping me a lot. Thanks to Coach Moon.
Finally later at about 9pm after prayer, time to go to bed for a good night sleep.

WEDNESDAY TRAINING.
This morning at 6am did a short distance run at Yishun Central.
At 7.15am sent Nur Athirah to school and she told me "daddy today is my oral exam" i told her to focus and believe in yourself if u want to achieve it. She smile all the way and all the best to her.
Back home and get dress up for my running gear and headed to Mediacrop Radio Station for interview with 938live "the living room" with Stanley Leong and Pamela Ho.
At 9am meet up with Shawn.
At the station i was feeling nervous but anyway did well and meetup with the radio DJ. Hey they are the coolest guys lah. It's not an easy job for them to be a DJ. Really inspired on them. Guys, thank you so much to have time to interview me.
At 12.30pm to Novena and meet up with Running Lab staff, checking out any new stuff coming up as i will be promoting it.
During my lunch had fish soup with rice.
Later at 2.45pm meet Adam the 1 armrunner at Aljunied MRT Station for photo shooting at Genting Lane.
At 4pm meet up with Shawn and we got our photo shoot for Men's Health in June issued.
Hahahaha! we did our modeling over there, the pic look garang lah! anyway cool. check it out soon.
At 6pm Shawn drop us at Raffles place and we took train back home.
Meet up with my family back at home and told what had happen today. OMG! My youngest daughter keep asking me too many Q! non stop hehehehe!
I had a great day! and time to go to bed.

WEDNESDAY TRAINING.
Morning at Pulau Ubin Camp. School project end at 1000hrs. Slow walk to ECP and do a short running. Approx 1315hrs to Changi Airport for lunch.
MONDAY TRAINING.
Morning running from Yishun Central to Ang Mo Kio approx 5km.
Evening running from Novena to Naval Base Primary School approx 15km. Reaching near Bishan Fire Station heavy rainning but still carry on with the run.

LONG SLOW DISTANCE.
This morning did long slow distance run from Yishun Central to Lentor Ave via Ang Mo Kio via Marymount to Newton via Orchard Road to Stamford Road to CityHall turn to Padang to Shenton Way and end at Tanjung Pagar near old TP red building. Approx 25km.
The first 3km was fast and reaching near AMK I started to slow down. I need to improved the speed where to get the best PB. Will do it next week and today timing is 2hrs 52mins.

MEETING
This evening meet up with Alief and coach moon to discuss more on upcoming project and events in Singapore and Malaysia. Will make it happen. Check it out soon. Coach, all the best in your race this coming Sunday.
STRENGH TRAINING
This morning did lower body strenght training at SSC Yio Chu Kang gym. Meet up with old buddies and discuss more upcoming project.

SHORT DISTANCE RUN
This morning Coach and I are supposed to run at Macritchie Reservoir doing the 25km trail route but have to postpone the run due to the rain that will not stop.
At about 1100hrs there are still dizzling rain but i carried on with my run. Did 5km from Yishun Central to Yishun park then pass by avenue 2 to Bottle park via Sembahwang Road turn back to avenue 2 and Yishun Central.
I did well in the run and my stamina are back.

STRENGHT TRAINING
This morning my coach Moon teach me strengh training at Jurong East stadium. I was supposed to do the time trial but there is no track so we decided to do lower body weight. My coach had taught me a lot of things and she want me to do best in the National Track and Field and marathons.
