Good morning everyone, it's already 4 days into fasting and this morning I had 3 dates, 1 sac of Xango drink and consume lots of water. This is enough for me till break the fast at 7.15pm.
Today will be a busy day for me. Afternoon working and evening attending celebration for YOG.
