MONDAY.

A very good morning to all my friends, I wish everyone is in good health and keep going. A brand new day and all the best to everyone.

The weather is cool and i will be running the 3km route around Yishun. Later in the evening i will be meeting with Runner Dan for a short distance run and carbo loading party at Raffles Place.

At 9am i will be giving motivational talks at school and later at 1pm, will be meeting with my 2nd daughter for lunch appointment at ICA to renew her passport. More invitation is ahead. I also need to send an email to Mark Inglis an amputee from New Zealand who use to climb Mount Everest. Can't wait for our 1st training on the ice soon.

Need to be back home before 10pm as I need to sleep early as there's another motivational talks in Tuas on tuesday morning.
