A very good morning to everyone and the weather in Yishun is raining.

Need to clean up all my laundries and will be meeting up with Alief later in the afternoon. Still on recovery rest and hope to back for training on Wednesday night with Alwin and Hampital Singh for the preparation of Handicap Welfare Association  and Streetwise Run this coming Sunday.
