It's 5am in Singapore and the weather look cool. A very good morning everyone and I wish today is the best day compare to yesterday. Always think positive and keep going towards the goals.
This morning I will be meeting with runner Endon and Hamritpal Singh where we are going for another training in Macritchie Reservoir for 25km route. The run will start off at 6.30am. This is the first time where both of my buddy are going extra route in the forest and one of the toughest trail in Singapore before heading to extra km this Friday. Our full gear are ready with enough water and medical supply and I will bring along the walking stick too. I will be updating later.

YES! WE DID IT AND COMPLETE THE WHOLE 25KM ROUTE. WHAT A DAY MAN!
The whole journey takes approx 5hrs + due to short break and photo taking. Anyway the most importance is we all are in a good shape and I told them pain is always temporary but we must achieve our goals. During the run we behave our self and respect the forest by not using any vaguer words and step at any unwanted places. This is very importance and we works like a team player and face any problem together. I really had fun with my buddies. Thank you and see you guys soon for the next 30km trail run this Friday morning. Meanwhile stay positive always.
We had our lunch at Mushroom cafe and joining us are my Financial Planner Shahul. During our lunch we meet up with some official from MCYS as they are having their makan too. My 2nd team Everest i/c, Sufian called me up and say our news article are out in Lianhe Zaobao. Another good news! After lunch all of us are heading to Marina Square to collect the race pack kit for Newton while me at The North Face shop checking some jacket for the trip to Beijing.
