Wishing everyone a very good morning, have a nice Tuesday and smile always.
Wake up at 4am and getting ready for a slow pace run approx 10km from Yishun to Sembawang with Endon Zack.
REPORT: Change of plan, I run myself this morning around Yishun Estate while Endon will be running later at 6.30am. This morning run is cool except been falling twice before and after the run due to slippery at the pavement anyway I am OK just bit of pain at both of the arm.
Today schedule:
8am appointment with Rahim at Yishun for breakfast and discuss on publishing books.
11am with Endon Zack heading for an appointment with Coach Andyn at Tanglin for sponsorship agreement.
1pm with Endon Zack heading for another appointment with Karim from BV Sport at Kallang. Cancel appointment.
7pm meeting at PA HQ for Chingay 2011. Cancel appointment.
Now at KK Hospital.
