Dear friends, on Sunday 01 July 2012 at 8am I will be at Jurong West Stadium to coach our new blade runner on the technique to use prosthetic leg for running. He needs to learn lot and avoid injuries before heading to the road for race.

At 10am I will be running along the Jurong West estate to inspire the residents there and at 12 noon I will be at Jurong Lake Run RPC, at Taman Jurong CC, no. 1 Yung Sheng Road,Singapore 6188495 to meet runners and support the community there.
