A very good Sunday morning and the weather is so cool.

Wake up early and went for breakfast at Yishun with Hamritpal Singh.

At 12pm MuniRa will be fatching me at Yishun and drive us for lunch at Jalan Kayu. Meet with others runners and we laugh and jokes, you guys know what I mean and all the best! ROSAK! hehehe! Abg Nasser don't forget to meet MuniRa at Changi hehehe! Kasi sama dia all the best and Adam onearmrunner batuk-batuk kah!

I only had 1 hour to spend time with my friends as later need to rush and meet up with Nelia to discuss on TNF.

At 4pm with my family we are rushing to Yishun Stadium to support MediaCorp Suria and Berita Harian for the Dollah Kassim Cup 2010. All the best and keep going!
