A very good morning to everyone and I wish all in good health and keep going.

I was attending motivational talks in the morning and later at about 2pm I will be at Starbuck North Point to update my KL races journey and replied all online interview by media. I also need to email my progress report to coach in US.

Reach home around 8pm and i felt so tired and need to be in bed soon, skip training today.
