When you arise in the morning think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive, to breathe, to think, to enjoy to love. A very good morning to everyone and keep going towards your Goals.
Will be a busy day ahead and start off with cleaning the house and cook lunch for my daughter who will be reaching home around 2pm after schooling. Later I will be heading for a motivational talks at Raffles City and will be meeting with runner Albert for lunch. At about 4.30pm will be meeting with runner Hamritpal Singh at Yishun where we will be heading to CCAB. From there we will be meeting few more runners and we will be running and recce the route for "FUN RUN 2010" that will be held on morning of 9 August 2010.
It's 4pm and received message that the run for tonight have to be cancel due to raining and other commitment.
Was at running lab Funan and meet up with the staff there and later I will be heading towards Suntec City and visit The North Face store to order few items.
On the way back home received another invitation called from a corporate company where I will be giving another motivational talks. More invitation are ahead and lets make it happen!
Reach home around 9.30pm and get ready for my night 5km run around Yishun Estate. Add another 7kg of bag weight and start running.
