This morning training will be cancel due to attending urgent meeting but the evening run will be on.

I would like to introduce the current team members for the Everest expedition. A press conference will be held soon for the 4 founder of the team after they had been screen for 3 months and later followed by the rest 4 climbers and 1 support. A total of 8 climbers will conquer Mount Everest in 2015. Do check it out soon in the local papers.

Later at 8am I will be heading to ICA building for passport matters and at 10am will be meeting with runner Endon and Hamritpal Singh at Novena Burger King. At 12noon I will be meeting with my business partner from Maqui on progress report. I will be updating later.

This evening I and Runner Endon will be running from Yishun Central to Ang Mo Kio approx 5km warm up and later at 7pm will be at Running Lab Velocity@Novena Square for the weekly night run that was organised by runninglab. Hope to see more turn up this evening:)
