A very good morning to everyone and I wish today is the perfect day and may god bless you all always and keep going towards more goals.
After hearing some advice from my personal trainer, I will be starting the new training schedule which is effect from today onwards.
This week schedule 20-26 September 2010.
Monday : REST DAY
Tuesday : Morning off road running approx 10.4km at Macritchie Reservoir.
Evening road run 10km at Novena with Running Lab runners.
Wednesday : Morning lower body GYM workout
Evening road run 10km at Tampines with Running Lab runners club.
Thursday : Morning upper body GYM workout
Evening running drills with speed training at Yishun Stadium.
Friday : Morning off road running approx 10.4km at Macritchie Reservoir.
Evening road run 5km at Yishun Central with hilly route.
Saturday : Morning off road running approx 10.4km at Macritchie Reservoir.
Evening recovery rest.
Sunday : MR 25km route (this week roster)
Total mileage for this week is 81.2km.
Today is my rest day and I will be busy the whole day. Later at 8am, will be meeting with runner Endon at Yishun Central Park for video and photos shooting.
At 10am I will be heading to ICA building to do some document process for my daughter as she will be heading to Base Camp soon. In the evening I and my family will be visiting some of the relatives for Hari Raya celebration around Yishun and Woodlands estate. Hope to get 1 hour of sleep in between. I need rest and full recovery before starting the next training.
