Tuesday 28 September 2010.

It's 5am in Singapore and the weather look cool. A very good morning everyone and I wish today is the best day compare to yesterday. Always think positive and keep going towards the goals.

This morning I will be meeting with runner Endon and Hamritpal Singh where we are going for another training in Macritchie Reservoir for 25km route. The run will start off at 6.30am. This is the first time where both of my buddy are going extra route in the forest and one of the toughest trail in Singapore before heading to extra km this Friday. Our full gear are ready with enough water and medical supply and I will bring along the walking stick too. I will be updating later.

We start our 25km route journey approx 7.10am as the weather earlier looks dark. After checking all our gear and we start off with a slow run all the way to the entrance of Lornie trail where we had our warm up there.

YES! WE DID IT AND COMPLETE THE WHOLE 25KM ROUTE. WHAT A DAY MAN!

The whole journey takes approx 5hrs + due to short break and photo taking. Anyway the most importance is we all are in a good shape and I told them pain is always temporary but we must achieve our goals. During the run we behave our self and respect the forest by not using any vaguer words and step at any unwanted places. This is very importance and we works like a team player and face any problem together. I really had fun with my buddies. Thank you and see you guys soon for the next 30km trail run this Friday morning. Meanwhile stay positive always.

We had our lunch at Mushroom cafe and joining us are my Financial Planner Shahul. During our lunch we meet up with some official from MCYS as they are having their makan too. My 2nd team Everest i/c, Sufian called me up and say our news article are out in Lianhe Zaobao. Another good news! After lunch all of us are heading to Marina Square to collect the race pack kit for Newton while me at The North Face shop checking some jacket for the trip to Beijing.

All the best to you dear and do take care! We will catch up you in email.

Sunday 26 September 2010.

Wake up late and thanks to my Personal Trainer Moon for waking me up. At 6am I was rushing to Macritchie Reservoir for the weekly training. I supposed to run for the Mini Marathon at De Tour Trail but decided to go my own 25km run. I will be updating later thanks:)

Morning run start from Lornie trail to Riffle Range Road via Durian trail and Bt Timah peak and turn back to kampong trail and Riffle Range Road via Macritchie Reservoir to Mushroom cafe. Anyway did slow run but still decided to use the walking stick. Will buy it soon. Now with runners at Mos Burger Velocity@Novena to discuss and share on our experience on running.

At 1.30pm I will be heading to Chong Pang CC to meet up Micheal and his teams to discuss on rock climbing for special person. I did the climb and it's awesome. Time to bring the disability person up to the height. Will discuss this matter to HWA.

more photos will be upload later

After the introduction I meet up with Uncle Teo who is 55 years and had gone through many cases of desperation and suicide. He shared his problems and I managed to learn from him lots. All mental cases can be solved if we work together and support each other, right now there are people who want to be crazy even though they are not crazy just to get sympathy that what he say. He used to jump 7th floor and survived with broken limbs and went in and out of the hospital since Yio Chu Kang days and all because of his ex lover. He told me at times he is talking nonsense. Now married with 6 children and live happily after getting support from Doctor, family and friends. Meet Uncle Teo at Chong Pang Kopi Shop every Sunday evening and he will share his story. Salute man! I respect him to change:)

It's 7.12pm and later will be heading to Woodlands to meet up with relative for Hari Raya celebration.
